Your first delivery of each billing period, we will leave or email an
invoice for your previous months deliveries. Please mail or leave a
check for the driver to pick up on your next delivery.
We are a small independent company. We take pride in providing you with
excellent service and an excellent product. We are asking you to please
make it a priority to pay your bill the second delivery of the month.
Here are some answers to the most frequently asked
questions.
1. Yes, we actually still do home delivery like
the milkman of the
past

3. We carry a full line of Oak Farms Dairy products as
well as a full line of Organic Valley Dairy dairy products.
4. The only areas we service are listed on the
main page by zip
codes
5. We offer once a week or twice a week delivery,
depending on your needs and the area you live
in
6. We do once a month billing. We have two billing
cycles. West University, Bellaire, Firethorne and Coles Crossings billing period
goes from the 15th to the 15th of each month. The rest of our areas go
from the 1st to the 1st of each month. We prefer Visa, Master Card, Discover Card,
we no longer accept American Express. We also accept checks and of course
cash. All
invoices are due upon receipt. There
will be a late fee of $10.00 for all invoices not paid within 2 weeks
from the date of the invoice.
7. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned
checks.
8. We do have a monthly home delivery charge as
follows:
Once a week delivery is $15.00 per month
Twice a week delivery is $25.00 per month.
9. All milk boxes are the property of The Milkman
Still Delivers. These can be purchased for $35.00
10. We are in the West University and Bellaire areas on
Wed. only.
